About Us
Tony Betts has been involved in the sealant application industry since he left school in 1970. He started off working for other companies until in 1982 he and his wife Elaine started Sureseal. This company traded for many years and completed some of the largest contracts in Europe.
In the late 90s they were asked to carry out some decorating on a contract at Heathrow airport and B&K Decorating was formed while later the following year they bought out Window Maintenance Specialist. It was decided to amalgamate all these companies under one heading and MHD Group was formed.
Within MHD they felt there was a need for a side of the company to carry out abseiling, as scaffold was not always the answer in some situations. Some of their applicators were put through the Irata level 1 course, so rather than abseilers trying to do sealant, we had sealant applicators that were Irata trained abseilers. This has been very beneficial to MHD as they can offer a wide range of services.
We can carry out all surveys, cleaning, sealant application as well as any of those hard to get at bits. Over the years MHD are proud of their reputation as one of the leading sealant application companies around. They have a vast array of contracts in their portfolio including Stansted Airport, Heathrow Airport, Harrods, The Mandarin Hotel, Wembley Stadium and many others.
MHD Group Ltd are approved applicators to many of the top sealant manufacturers as well as being on the Adsheade Ratcliffe Arbomaster scheme. This means a representative from Adsheade Ratcliffe keeps a check on the works carried out by MHD and samples taken to their laboratory for tests.
This gives peace of mind to contractors that all the works are guaranteed.
MHD look forward to quoting on works for you in the future or if you have any questions please do not hesitate to call or email us with you query.
